Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I love love love St. Patricks Day!  I have a little bit of Irish ancestry, so I like to celebrate ;)  Though I don't do the whole Green Beer, Pub Hopping thing.  I make cupcakes!  Here are the two flavors I made for this year:

A new (and green!) creation:  Pistachio Cupcake with Vanilla Buttercream and topped with Chopped Pistachio.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish Mint - Chocolate Cupcake, Mint Buttercream, topped with Shamrocks and Jimmies!

Malted Milk Ball

Malted Chocolate Cupcake, dipped in Chocolate Ganache, Malted Vanilla Buttercream, sprinkled with crushed Malted Milk Balls and topped with a halved Malted Milk Ball

New York New York

Chocolate Cupcake with New York Cheesecake filling, topped with New York Cheesecake Buttercream, dipped in Chocolate Ganache, sprinkled with Silver Dragees and a Glittery Fondant Star embellishment. All the Glam and Glitz of New York, New York!

Strawberries and Champagne

White Cupcake filled with Strawberry and Pink Champagne Mousse, topped with Strawberry and Pink Champagne Buttercream, adorned with pink "Tiny Bubbles" :) So delicious! Sorry the picture is so fuzzy!
