Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cheesecake Spice Buttercream

How delicious is Pumpkin Cheesecake?  I always wait for the time of year when all the good restaurants start carrying their seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake.  Here is my twist on that seasonal favorite!
