Strawberry Martinez

A good friend of mine wanted a cupcake named after her!  I took into consideration her favorite flavors.  She LOVES Strawberry Shortcake.  So I decided to do a White Cupcake with Vanilla Buttercream, Strawberry Glaze Drizzle, and a Glazed Strawberry - and let me tell you - it was DELICIOUS!  I named it "Strawberry Martinez".  Has quite a ring to it, doesn't it?
